Research associate at DRDO, TBRL

There are two vacanies for Research associate, one in field of chemistry and one in field of Physics at Terminal Ballistics Research Lab (TBRL) Range, Ramgarh, Chandigarh. There position is offered by DRDO's Lab TBRL. The maximum age for application is 35 years for general candidates, 38 years for OBC candidates and 40 years for SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility

  • Age : Maximum 35 years with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates.

For RA-Chemistry 

Either one of the following:

  • Phd or equivalent degree in Chemistry
  • PG in Chemistry with 03 years of Research and Teaching or Design and Development with publication of atleast one paper in SCI Journal.

For RA-Physics 

Either one of the following:

  • PhD or equivalent degree in physics
  • PG in physics with 03 years of Research and Teaching or Design and development with publication of atleast one paper in SCI Journal.

Tenure of fellowship: 2 years

Position of Research associate for Phd and MD candidates- salary upto ₹60,000/- per month

How to apply

  • Candidate have to bring following documents at place of interview:
    • Complete Bio-data
    • Attested copies of marksheet/ certificates (10th onwards) and their originals.
    • Caste certificate 
    • Experience certificate
    • One Valid ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, etc.)
  • Candidate have to report at venue of interview (TRBL, Sector-30, Chandigarh-160030) at 9:00 AM and before 10:00 AM.

Selection Process

  • Initial screening on the basis of eligibility.
  • Selected candidates after screening will move to interview round on the same date

  • Salary of ₹54,000/- 
  • House Rent Allowance as per rules
  • NoTA/DA should be paid for attending the interview.
