In the fellowship, Fellows will undergo a curated and rigorous orientation program, so they understand the realities of public service, policy, and the unique challenges of implementing tech solutions within complex social frameworks.They will be placed in government departments in partnership with our program. Here, they’ll work on high-impact tech projects that either improve the lives of millions or enhance the effectiveness of government operations. Also, they will have access to online office hours with leading experts in databases, security, distributed systems, open-source technology, and design, drawn from top tech companies, academia, and the public sector.

    • Graduates
    • Phds
    • Early career professionals with 0 to 2 years work experience
  • Either
    • Graduates of 2024. 2025
    • Graduating in 2026
Tenure of fellowship : Jan to June (6 Months)

How to apply 

  • Candidate can apply for only track from four tracks and therefore has to make selection judiciously and in the field in which he has some portfolio or experience or have great skills at.
  • Candidate need to select a field from either one of the following:
    • Product Design
    • Data Science
    • GIS
    • Engineering
  • Candidate need to upload their final year transcript (marksheet)/ most recent transcript. Candidates those don't have the transcript, they could also upload their college/university transcript
  • Candidate need to relocate themselves to the place where government department is situated, which are usually placed in metropolian cities with few expections.

Selection Process

  • Candidate will be screened on the basis of their submitted application.
  • Candidate also need to submit a given task to assess their ability for the project they will be working and advised to not use any AI tools or prompts to complete those tasks. 
  • Shortlisted candidates will have a technical interview followed by an interview with matched government department
