6 Fellowship for JRF at ADE, Bengaluru

Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE), Bengaluru, a premier laboratory of the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) invites applications from meritorious Indian Nationals for award of Research Fellowships as per details given below. There are total 6 vacancy out of which 02 are for aeronautical engineering, 01 for mechanical engineering, 02 for Computer Science Engineering, 01 for Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Eligibility

  • Maximum Age limit:
    • 28 years
    • 31 years for OBC Candidates
    • 33 years for SC/ST Candidates
Note: The age relaxation for OBC, SC, ST are representational only and there is no specific detail in official notification, however government norms follows
  • Either one of the subject: 
    • Aeronautical Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Computer Science Engineering
    • Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Either one of the following: 
    • BTech with first division and valid GATE Score
    • BE with first division and valid GATE Score
    • MTech and BTech/BE with first division at both levels
    • ME and BE/BTecch with first division at both levels

How to apply

  • Candidate need to download application form (pg.2 official notification) and fill it in CAPITAL letters only.
  • Candidate need to send an email to anjanaur.ade@gov.in with following:
    • Duly filled & Signed application form 
    • 10th Certificate & Mark sheet 
    • 12th Certificate & Mark sheet 
    • BE/B.Tech Final Certificate and Consolidated Mark sheet 
    • ME/M.Tech Certificate and Mark sheet( if Applicable) 
    • Valid Gate Score Card : Aadhar Card/any Govt Photo ID card 
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable) 
    • NOC from present employer (if applicable). 
    • Candidates working in Govt./Public Sector / Autonomous bodies should bring “No Objection Certificate” from the concerned authority at the time of interview.

  • The marks obtained in the qualifying exam are to be mentioned in percentage. In case of CGPA, candidates are requested to convert the CGPA into percentage as per their university norms.  
Tenure of fellowship: 2 years + extendable

Selection Process

  • Selected Candidate may have to appear for a screening test on 19 March 2025 only
  • Selected candidates will have to appear for screening test and walk in interview at the venue of interview with following:
    • Original Application
    • Certificates/Testimonials/Documents (Original)
    • Self attested copies of above documents 
  • Candidates will be allowed inside the campus only with an Original Valid Government Issued ID card(Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License etc).  
  • Candidate will have to report from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM at Raman Gate only on 19 March 2025.
  • The interview and screening task would take place for two days and thus candidate need to make accomodations accordingly.
  • Electronic items/mobile phones/smart watches/pen drive/laptop/CDs are strictly not allowed inside the campus.

  • Stipend: ₹37,000/- 
  • House Rent Allowance
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates.
