Vehicle Research and Development Establishment (VRDE), Ahmednagar, is premier laboratory under DRDO, engaged in Research & Development in the area of light tracked and wheeled vehicles.

Eligibility

  • Maximum Age Limit
    • 28 years
    • 31 years for OBC Candidates
    • 33 years for SC/ST Candidates
  • Candidates of either Subjects:
    • Computer Science Engineering
    • Computer Science & Automation AI & ML
    • Artificial Intelligence Data Science
    • AI & DS Information Science
  • Candidates having eihter:
    • First Division BE/BTech with valid GATE Score
    • ME/MTECH with First division at graduate and post graduate level
Tenure of fellowship: 2 years + 2 years (extendable)

How to apply

  • Candidate need to report at the venue of the interview with following documents:
    • Duly filled Application Form (Official notification, pg. 4)
    • Self-attested copies of educational certificates
    • Original documents for verification process
    • Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar/PAN/Passport)
    • Passport-sized photograph
    • Caste certificate (if applicable)\
    • No Objection Certificate (if employed)
  • Applications will be accepted from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the date of interview
  • There are chances that interview process may take a day more than the date of intervie, thus candidates are advised to make arrangements accordingly
  • Electronic items like Mobile Phone/Pen drive/laptop/smart watch etc., strictly will not be allowed to carry inside VRDE campus.

Selection Process

  • Short listing of eligible candidates will be done between 10:00AM to11:00 AM on date of interview.
  • A written test would may take place.
  • Interview of the shortlisted candidates will take piace from 11:00 AM onwards
